Hi! Im Tina, and Im looking forward to sharing my love of movement with all of you. I’ve been a mover all of my life. Growing up, I was involved in gymnastics, cheering, softball, and Tae Kwon Do.
It wasn’t until after my third baby,(more years ago than I will ever admit) that I decided to give yoga a try. My main intent was to lose my baby weight, but I soon discovered yoga was so much more. The focus on uniting body, breath, and mind, (the meaning of the word yoga) was life changing. I incorpate that philosophy into every day life, and every workout.
I am a true believer that yoga and fitness can be fun and accessible to everyone, and is a guiding force in living healthy and happy life.
I am a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings, certified in Spinning through MADDOG Athletics, and hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
When i’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love hiking, traveling, and being on the road on our Harley!
