Jess LOVES to meet anyone on whatever level they are at in their fitness journey and help them make small but meaningful and incremental changes that will create a lifelong commitment to their health and well-being. She has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years and is experienced in many forms of fitness (TRX, Cycling, Barre, Pilates, Strength, Stick Mobility, Animal Flow Level 1), but she truly has a passion for functional movement with stability, and core training.

Ever since Dominick was young, he always wanted to get in shape and lose weight. At the age of 12, however, his dad bought him his first weight set, and Dominick took on a whole new perspective of working out. Throughout middle school and high school, he was always the one in the weight room and chasing progress. 
 
When he learned about the Certified Personal Trainer program at BOCES from a fellow schoolmate, he instantly knew that’s what he wanted to do. His passion transformed to focus on learning how to help a variety of people improve their lives through exercise. Since then, he has gotten over 200 hours of Personal training experience, including internships in personal training, physical therapy, and group fitness instructing. He has also won 1st place in two powerlifting competitions at that school. Dominick is thrilled by the energy, the music, and the hard work that is all around him in group fitness, and he can’t wait to share that excitement with you at BeMoved Fitness.
