At Be Moved we have a very diverse instructor and member base. It doesn't matter what type of class you are looking for, you can find it here. It doesn't matter your age or fitness level, you can find a class that is a perfect fit for you. Each and every instructor strives to continually learn so that we can provide you the best workout possible in a safe environment.
Ways to Be Moved
Take a class with kettlebells, battle ropes, bands and power bags and learn how to leverage your own bodyweight with the TRX suspension trainers.
Our cardio options take you to the next level! We've got everything from HIIT, cycling, step aerobics, run club, and even a hip-hop class!
Yoga & Barre
Kick back and relax in a Hatha yoga class, get your power on with a heated vinyasa, or find a level somewhere in between!
We offer a variety of power and tempo rides or jump into a hybrid class like Gears and Grit class or Ride and Relax.
We are a team of movement specialists.
We believe that you shouldn’t be defined by the type of exercise you do; a Crossfitter, a Yogi, a Spinner, a Runner… We encourage you to just move and enjoy all forms of movement.
