I have been a client of Jessica’s for roughly 3 years and when she began working at Be Moved, I didn’t pass up the opportunity to move with her. I use to take Jessica’s Cycling classes and she convinced me to take a leap of faith out of my comfort zone and start with personal training. Jessica takes the time to create a routine that is challenging enough to the point where you get the results you’ve been waiting for. Not only that, but she considers any limitations you may have and works with you to modify exercises to maintain your results. She utilizes Be Moved Fitness’ garage space to the fullest ability which includes training you in cycling, TRX and free form weight lifting. The environment is small yet welcoming and is all you need in order to get a proper workout. Jessica works with you and around your busy life style to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. I’m beyond thrilled to have joined the Be Moved Fitness family and working side by side with Jessica on my fitness and nutrition goals has been such a positive life changing move!
