Kristen has been in the fitness profession since 2015 as a personal trainer, class instructor, boxing coach and nutrition coach.
Kristen holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor degree in nutrition. She has been a certified as a NASM personal trainer, nutrition coach as well as a silver sneakers instructor, and a USA certified boxing coach.
Kristen is a mother of 2, a 2 time national boxing Champion, a 3 time New York State champion and was formally ranked number five in the USA at 119 pounds. She was also voted the Ring 44’s Amateur boxer of the year in 2016, and was voted Ringside magazine’s most inspirational female amateur boxer in 2017. She has a passion for both boxing training and strength training, as both bring about a tremendous amount of growth physically and mentally.
Kristen believes training should be functional. It should address imbalances people gain from day to day activities, prevent injury and improve their quality of life, all while consistently getting stronger in the process. Kristen strives to help her clients instill a passion for lifting for the mental, emotional and physical benefits that comes with it. Her goal is for each client to improve their quality of life and reach their fitness goals with her guidance and support.
