In December 2017, I started my fitness journey. Overweight and frustrated with feeling awful I decided it was time to do something about it.
I walked into BeMoved Fitness and took my first Hot Flow class. I hid in the back and muddled through it. In addition to Yoga I tried Cycling ,and Strength Training. I was hooked and came to class daily.
When Barre was offered as a class I found my niche. As a former dancer and dance mom Barre was perfect for me. My confidence soared. My Barre instructor encouraged me to get certified to teach Barre. In March 2019 I became a certified Barre Instructor. I would have never imagined that I would teach a fitness class.
Fast forward to 2019 I’m 50 lbs lighter and healthier than I ever have been. I’m excited to have you meet me at the Barre and share your fitness journey with me!
