Katie is a Buffalo native and has been practicing yoga since 2015. She was a competitive swimmer for most of her childhood/ young adulthood. Once she finished her swimming journey she started to search for something that sparked the same fire. After her first power class she knew it was going to become her new life practice. She loves what she has learned about herself physically, mentally and emotionally from this practice, and brings that into her teaching. She received her 200 HR Vinyasa teacher training through The Practice Buffalo in East Aurora. Katie leads her classes with fun music, guiding students on a journey through mindful movement and breath. With a focus on alignment, strength, and inner peace, she aims to create a welcoming space for students to explore their practice and connect with their bodies.
