As an avid cyclist I started taking spin classes during winter to stay in shape during off season, eventually becoming a certified cycle instructor.

I developed a passion for helping people with their fitness goals and wanted to help them in other areas of strength and conditioning.

I attended as many classes and seminars as possible, and along the way I became:
