I love Relax & Ride! Especially with Tina! It’s great for all levels to come and cycle and enjoy yoga with no expectation to push your body more than it’s used to. I myself struggle with some health issues so my endurance isn’t at its best but I always feel comfortable in this class to enjoy a nice workout and then some relaxing yoga afterward!
