Jess has always “liked” the idea of fitness but fell in love with indoor cycling from the very first class and never looked back. That love grew to encompass group fitness and finally personal training. Exercise not only has amazing physical benefits but emotional ones as well. She firmly believes there are obstacles in life that we can not always control but you CAN control how you feel and react to them. So she wants your story; the challenges, the fears, the hopes and to find out what drives you. Her goal is to turn these things into your power and make you stronger from the inside out. Jess absolutely loves helping you go from “I can’t” to “Bring It On!” and being there every step of the way.
