I have been practicing yoga for eight years. Yoga has helped to not only improve my body but my mental and spiritual health as well. After a short time of being consistent, my stress and anxiety were reduced, my focus increased, and I had better control of my mood. This is a practice that I love to share with others and more importantly my community.
My first yoga teacher training was a trauma informed flow training through Yogis in Service (YIS). After this training I have been certified in hot yoga (26/2), Inside Flow, and others trainings racking up over 500+ hours over the last three years.
Yoga is a practice for all bodies and I am grateful to offer space and guide yogis into their breath to expand, accept, and release.
